Sheffield Bach Choir and Fine Arts Brass present a mix of choral classics and brass band works

Sheffield Bach Choir is delighted to welcome the amazing Fine Arts Brass back to Sheffield for the second of their three concerts at Sheffield Cathedral during Autumn 2017. This varied programme features choral works from across the centuries from Monteverdi and Purcell to Rutter and Moore, as well as pieces to be performed by Simon Lenton's world famous brass players.

Dr Lindley conducted the very first performance of Philip Moore’s 'From earth to heaven' in Leeds Parish Church in 1999, featuring Paul Tidd as baritone soloist, so is delighted to be recreating that partnership in Sheffield some 18 years later.

Join Dr Lindley and the choir, band and soloists for a concert that will appeal to choral and brass enthusiasts alike.
