Live harp music with sensory elements

Join harpist Louise Thompson for a food-related programme of music that will tickle all the senses including Spices by Bernard Andres, Tea for Two by Youmans, Jalapeno Chill by Welker, Food Glorious Food and My Favourite Things! With songs, dancing, listening as well as bubbles, percussion, props and informal introductions, this is a fun and informal gig for adults and their young children.

Louise has performed at the Royal Albert Hall and Bridgewater Hall, alongside the Hallé Orchestra, Manchester Camerata, National Symphony Orchestra and many more. She has performed live on BBC Radio 3, and made her television debut performing live on BBC 1 alongside soprano Katherine Jenkins. She has performed for HRH Queen Elizabeth II and HRH The Duke of Edinburgh at The Royal Variety Performance and, with the Live Music Now Scheme, she has toured the UK giving solo recitals and educational workshops to an enormous range of audiences. She has performed several times at Concerteenies and is always a big hit!
