Outstanding: Three Quartets

Sheffield’s resident chamber musicians, the world-class Ensemble 360, present three string quartets written by women in three different centuries. The pieces by Fanny Mendelssohn, Amy Beach and Helen Grime, provide a contrasting programme of charismatic, exuberant and enjoyable music.
