Manon McCoy (harp) performs a lively set for 0-5 year-olds and their grown-ups.

Manon McCoy (she/her) is a Sheffield-based composer and harpist. Her work explores themes that arise from her own lived experiences such as body, gender, and phenomenological perceptions of time and space. She is particularly interested in the creation of spaces both musical and physical, often designing pieces that rework the performer-audience dynamic. Her writing draws on elements from her training in Western Classical and Contemporary Art Music, British Folk and Indian Classical music, bringing with it a strong sense of storytelling and sharing of space

Our Relaxation Concert series includes classical, folk, world, popular music and nursery rhymes performed by inspirational professional musicians. Relax, listen, sleep, enjoy some sensory fun with your little ones. Concerts aim to revitalise and entertain the grown-ups as well as give your children a new magical musical experience. Sensory elements include sound, sight, touch, including bubbles, scarves, feathers and simple massage techniques for you to explore with your little one at your own pace.
