Sheffield Bach Choir's annual classic

An absolute must for many classical music lovers at Christmas, Sheffield Bach Choir's annual Christmas rendering of Handel's wonderful oratorio Messiah takes place in the majestic Victoria Hall this year. Sheffield Bach Choir always performs the full work with no omissions, with the wonderfully accomplished National Festival Orchestra under leader Sally Robinson. Conducted by Philip Collin and with a fine array of soloists, this is a popular event that often sells out, so make sure you buy your tickets in advance.

Doors open 6.15, concert starts 7pm.
