An evening of Italian music, on strings, harpsichord and the theorbo, including Vivaldi's Four Seasons.

Founded in 1986, this celebrated and ground-breaking Orchestra continues to push boundaries with its performances on period-specific instruments.

For their performance in Firth Hall, they will present an evening of Italian music, on strings, harpsichord and the theorbo, a giant 16th century lute.

This is a fantastic opportunity to see one of Britain’s finest ensembles who are currently residents at the Southbank Centre and associate orchestra for the Glyndebourne Festival. Huw Daniel will appear as leader and violin.
