Sheffield Chamber Strings is a new amateur chamber group in Sheffield, open to Violins, Violas, ‘Cellos, Double Bass and Harp. In the future we may also look to play with other instruments as a one off, such as oboes and horns for a Haydn symphony.
We will rehearse on Tuesdays, 7-9pm in the Foundry Studios at Red Tape Central. We will give a few concerts a year, and also explore performance opportunities away from the concert hall. For more info, visit our website: sheffieldchamberstrings.weebly.com
