The Brigantes The Planets & Proms Spectacular – ENGLAND

HOLST The Planets
a second half with all the traditions of The Last Night of the Proms, including:
WOOD – Fantasia on British Sea Songs
ARNE – Rule Britannia
ELGAR – Pomp and Circumstance March No. 1

This season we’re taking our audience to six geographical hotspots for classical music: France, the Nordics, Russia, Germany and Austria, England, and the United States!

Time to drop in at home for an early summer homage to that most British of music festivals, The Proms! After a quick spin around our solar system, courtesy of Gustav Holst, we’re recreating the atmosphere of the Last Night of the Proms with all the usual pomp and circumstance.
