This lustrous Music in the Round evening brings together exquisite sound paintings for piano, strings and horn, showcasing the range and reach of our resident Ensemble 360.
From the mellifluous warmth of Schumann, through the delicate, dappled colours of Dani Howard’s new piano trio (co-commissioned by Music in the Round with Presteigne Festival) and culminating in Debussy’s impressionistic seascape masterpiece, skilfully arranged for piano and strings by Sally Beamish, this is a concert that shimmers with colour.
