Intro to String Quartets: Workshop 2 – Building Confidence in Coordination

This second workshop will focus on building confidence in coordination for all players – leading and following – and we will return to some of the music encountered at the first workshop so you can put the coordination skills into practice. There will be some new challenges, however! We will move through the activities at a gentle pace, with time spent on establishing the basics using short exercises and playing simple pieces as a group, and in quartets. This workshop is for less confident players of violin, viola and cello Grade 1-4 standard (approx.) 18+. Please note: the workshop is not suitable for absolute beginners.
