Steel City 5

Part of the Classical Sheffield Weekend 2023

Steel City 5 is a recently formed wind quintet that has been playing together since the autumn of 2021. We are proud to say we have had our first gig, performing in the delightful gardens of Park Hall near Chesterfield as part of the Music in the Round Open Garden event. Already we have played and enjoyed a wide range of music from Ligeti to 'Goldfinger', and we look forward to developing our repertoire over the coming years as well as more collaborations with other groups in Sheffield.
