Steel City Celebrations!

We are pleased to announce that our digital project 'Steel City Celebrations' will premiere on our YouTube channel at 7.30pm on Friday 5th March 2021.

Bringing together instrumentalists, vocalists and many more, the Steel City Celebration video will unite our membership in one of the most difficult times for musicians. We are pleased to have commissioned award-winning conductor and arranger, George Morton, to arrange a Sheffield-themed piece for our members to perform from their homes across South Yorkshire.

Although our 2021 March festival has been moved to 2023, we still want to celebrate all things Sheffield in this one-of-a-kind collaborative performance. We hope you will join us on Friday 5th March for the premiere of Steel City Celebrations on the day which would have opened our bi-annual festival.
