The Endcliffe Orchestra's composing competition returns

The Endcliffe Orchestra's Janet Altman Composing Competition, funded and inspired by the orchestra's late longstanding principal flautist, is open to anyone who can demonstrate a connection with Sheffield, be this working, living, playing in a local orchestra or attending an educational institution here. Shortlisted pieces will be workshopped by the orchestra and there are cash prizes and performances for the winners! The deadline for entries is 30 September this year.
