The Sheffield Chorale Seek New Musical Director

New Musical Director required for The Sheffield Chorale

The Sheffield Chorale, a 50 mixed-voice auditioned choir, with an outstanding reputation in Sheffield and beyond, performing across all genres and periods, invites applications for a new Musical Director to commence from February 2020.

The choir performs regularly in the Sheffield and South Yorkshire area producing concerts of varied style with programmes of both accompanied and a cappella singing. More information at www.sheffieldchorale.co.uk

We are looking for a Musical Director who can continue our heritage of quality music making whilst enhancing and expanding the choir’s reputation and repertoire even further. The choir normally performs around four formal concerts a year, with rehearsals taking place in Sheffield on Monday evenings.
