A tribute to man's incredible spirit and optimism, Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet was nominated for the Mercury Music Prize in 1993.

Gavin Bryars' Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet is a deeply powerful and haunting improvisation on a 1971 recording of a homeless man singing on the streets of London, which still has resonance and relevance today.
