Polly Ives (narrator) and Ashok Klouda (cello) perform The Dinosaur Department Store by Lily Murray and Richard Merritt at The Leadmill.

This performance is at The Leadmill. Doors open at 10:15, the performance is from 10:45-11:30.

Energetic storytelling, bubbles and music!

Join narrator Polly Ives and cellist Ashok Klouda for a vibrant reimagining of The Dinosaur Department Store, for children aged 3-7.

"Our feisty heroine Eliza Jane isn't your average child. Instead of a cute, fluffy bunny, she has her heart firmly set on a prehistoric pet. Join Eliza Jane and her parents on a marvellous magical tour of their local dinosaur department store."

With original music composed by Paul Rissmann, Concerteenies Musical Stories concerts are a lively mix of stories, image projection and audience participation.
They are centred around stunning performances from professional musicians in a relaxed environment.

Ashok Klouda is indisputably recognised as the leading half Indian, quarter Irish, quarter Czech (but still actually British) cellist in Buckinghamshire. Ashok has performed in ensembles such as the Artea Quartet, the Fibonacci Sequence, Ensemble 360, the Jigsaw Players, cello octet Cellophony, and the Barbirolli Quartet. Ashok is also proud to have been a member of Chineke! - the UK's only orchestra and chamber ensemble made up predominantly of BAME musicians - since its inception in 2015.

Polly Ives is one of the UK’s leading music educationalists with a varied portfolio as a concert presenter, narrator, promoter, workshop leader, trainer and cellist. She regularly produces and presents children’s concerts alongside many highly renowned orchestras, ensembles and soloists (including London Philharmonic Orchestra, London Mozart Players and Ensemble 360) and with the leading arts organisations and venues in the UK (including the Southbank Centre, Wigmore Hall, Sheffield Theatres and Royal Opera House). She has worked with CBeebies, BBC Radio 3 and Scala Radio.

The Dinosaur Department Store is by Lily Murray and Richard Merritt.
